They have had my wifes ring since June to repair a chipped diamond which shouldn't have chippeMmd anyhow.....Don't shop there.
They suck. We have tried to talk to them but it's not helping. I have emailed them time and time again but no results. JB Robinson also said we didn't bring the ring in every six months which we did.
They just didn't log it in. So I am telling everyone I know not to shop there. On top of having to wait months for a repair we now must pay to have it fixed.
So now we have no ring for our anniversary.When we get the ring back we are going to sell it and shop at a real store......
