I am extremely pissed at this company... We have bought jewelry from them numerous times on our line of credit. My husband goes on to get me something for mothers day then finds out that his card was denied. In this matter the ring we just purchased through them we had paid off in full within a month. Your company has canceled my line of credit. Why not contact the customer and advise them of your intention?  Horrible way to treat a loyal customer with a large credit line and payment/purchase history. I had been a loyal customer for as long as I can remember. I guess, purchasing jewelry and paying in cash with JBR comes with a punishment by canceling consumers line of credit. I've been a loyal customer with a high credit line for over 10 years and today your company eliminated my line of credit only because I haven't used my card in 2 years. However I have purchased items from your company and paid in cash. It is sad as how you treat your loyal customers What are you teaching people by doing this ??? Three yrs ago my now husband purchased my engagement ring from JBR. He proposed on a beach in Key West...absolutely beautiful. Well the next day..the diamond in my quad set fell out! Yes, it fell out on day 2! . JBR replaced it, then a year later it fell again! Then they gave me a brand new ring...so they said. We got married Dec 2015. 2 months after getting the ring, the rhodium plating wore off and the ring is yellow! I'm not talking about an off white yellow, but a very ugly yellow color! My fiance and I have gone to the store 4 times and spoke with corporate. They do not want to give us a refund. ***BEWARE, the manager at the corporate office: "We can't tell what color the ring is under the rhodium plating until the plating wares off." I TOTALLY agree! Bought an engagement ring there 5 yrs ago. Took it in recently to have it resized cuz im getting married. Picked out our wedding bands. Had mine resized w my engagement ring. I have a Kay card and jb card I got the jb first with 1500 limits then the Kay without applying for 1500 charge on Both cards but paid down the Kay card when I wanted recharge on ithe Kay card was told I had to credit they had combined it with the jb card and the jb card was over the limited because the sale lady says your due for a credit in crease on your jb card so yes you can buy this ring and won't be over your limite so I ask can I make... I dropped off a ring to be sized in March. I explained to the woman helping me that I was a size 4.5. She measured my finger and said I was a five. When I got my ring back a couple weeks later, it was still way too big, and it broke where they had cut it to size it. I took my gold tennis bracelet in for repair of 1 missing stone, 3 months later when we hadn't heard from them,my husband stopped to check the status on the repair. It was sitting in vault. He was told it was UN repairable and they would give me a store credit of less than $800. I felt like I was at a bad used car lot. Pressure city. Nobody knew what they were talking about. I asked the Mgr what the quality of the diamond was;he told me and was the corrected by the salesgirl who gave one pt less in quality. The MGR gave her a vicious look, but stuck with her number.
